The P89C51Rx2 has some ERAM, if you do not need the 8k in the P89C668 and other P89C66x chips have less and are thus priced a bit lower.
If you REALLY need RAM, ST micro has some "everything but the kitchen sink" derivatives with up to 32k ERAM. Of course, for those you have to pay for the features A/D D/A, large Flash etc whether you need them or not. Erik |
