Your question is not clear. Are you looking for some 8051 with 1K internal ram?

1k and above XRAM (included on the same chip) is possible, but I never heared of any 8051 which has 1K internal RAM.

T89C51RD2 from ATMEL/TEMIC is another option with 1K XRAM.
