Maybe it is; maybe it isn't - the only way to tell would be to actually try it and see!

As I understand it (which is not in any depth!), the product mentioned is just a pre-processor "bolt-on" for Keil's standard C51 compiler - so the results would depend on the "quality" of this preprocessing!
