Ya, you're right Andy.... "ensure" was not the right choice of word. There's no system foolproof enough to ensure any such thing.

I've seen plenty bad OO design in my limited career. Hell, I've done some of it myself! :-)) But then I had just started and I didn't know it was bad design until I learnt to do better design!
