What if the poster has not mentioned the complete set of requirements? Maybe he does not have the requisite experience to consider all the factors that we are discussing. In that case, giving him the simplest answer that fits the minimum criteria is not the best answer, is it?

Instead, a lengthy discussion like this is a lot more informative! :-))
