#37851 - RE: boot lost: who could program with // prg
Responding to: ???'s previous message
i have a p89c51rc2 and i have lost my boot vector twice, now i'm waiting for our faculty's parallel programmer.
i need to know what is the address of the boot vector,i must change it to 0xFC.
and second why do i loose boot vector?how can i avoid this disgusting situation??
third
i have an idea to recover my boot vector when loose it
i'll program an EPROM with the coorecy boot vector and when i loose boot vector during ISP operation,
i'll pull-up EA pin and connect EPROM to my p89c51rc2. ???? does it work???
if someone has another idea except parallel programing please tell me!

thanks
