If you want an 8052 core I have one i wrote with 3 stage pipeline all fully verified compiles to 10.5 K gates and runs at 75Mhz on an Altera4000 fpga.I would be prepared to allow free use for non comercial use,but you should be aware that I cannot offer much support so you should have experience of using soft cores,commercial use I would be willing to negotiate a licence,but softcores for micros are expensive :-)
