Are you destined for another career than programming Waqar? You have to start somewhere. I believe all the input you have had so far here should give you some starting ideas.

At the beginning you had some great ideas.....now it has reduced to "I cannot even start?". It sounds to me like you need to start even simpler and work out a blinking LED program first. Then make a program that can blink LED at 1 second rate. Then make one that can read a switch from the port pins. You will find that if you master much simpler steps like this first it will build your confidence. Right now I think you are befuddled because you have tackled a project that is beyond your level of comfort.

Take baby steps first. Then add larger steps...then adding moving arms at same time....soon you will be running with great speed using the managed breathing of an endurance racer.
