reading your a couple of posts I really felt saying what other have advised to you particularly Erik <http://www.8052.com/forum/rea...8362&top=>. I think you are trying to move way ahead of where you actually are. I have implemented a few digital clocks simple and with date/alarm with 8051 (actually 2051). I can give you full support of developing the code and help you making a good clock. Provided you fully understand the instruction set and are able to contemplate the code of others. Try to udnerstand the how the timers work and how the interrupts work with the timers. Try keeping things simple. Best Regards Babar |
