I was after the "can" bus. I did find some atmel flash parts with a can bus. I also found a page full of Philips parts with can.(Still looking at that page.) I searched the 390 data sheet for "wait" and "wait state" but could not find anything. I will look in some more detial tonight. On the Atmel site I saw some flash chips, but the read access was 70ns. That seems to slow to me for the 390. I was not intending to write to the flash while in operation. I wanted to use a CFC card for data logging.
Eric, Can you recomned what I should look for in a flash chip if I go down that road? Regards, Bobby |
