It sounds like youve got switching noise on your power supply which is causing spurious writes as youturn it off,or the battery backupis not being turned on properly.You need to have decouplinng capacitors across the power supply pins of the memory,wiredas close as possible to the pins,unfortunatly its not possible to check the state of the back-up battery butit should be good for ten years. |
