For the AT89S8252 you must pay attention to the reset circuit. A trivial RC circuit will damage the 2k-eeprom information at power up. I experienced such a bad event. Use a special reset IC. Also, consider the limited endurance of an eeprom (but is not so dramatic I guess) Best regards, Cristian Ceausescu |
