With regard to this question, how would you come up with a 12ms delay without using the NOP instuction.

ie, delay:
mov r7,?
etc.

Also do the registers r7 and r6 contain the values 500us and 2.17us respectively?
I've seen a nested time delay loop with something like this but I can' follow it. If anybody had an example of it i would be thankful.
