some time ago, I faced the same problem. The solution was to use extrnal pull-up.
The problem usually occurs if the load on ULN2003 is high. Due to this, the transistor inside ULN2003 does not get fully saturated if base current is not enough. What is the load on ULN2003 in your application? |
