Approx 50mA peak scanning current on each ULN2803 transistor and maximum 3 LEDs are on at any given moment. Which is why it is so surprising. I have done this with even 100mA and 8 LEDs on at the same time, and with the regular 89C52 and the 89C2051 of Atmel. |
