The main question was, why to the hell you want to display with 1MHz ???
On most displays 100Hz repaet rate was sufficient enough. So for only 16 rows you can use 1.6kHz and be happy. Furthermore using big 1MHz should cause many trouble to meet the CE sign specifications. Peter |
