Does anyone have the original C8751H datasheet? I can't find it (sure I know the device is obsolete, because it is replaced by the CMOS version 87C51).
I have two of them (beleave it or not, from an old harddisk, they were mounted on sockets and have UV-erase windows)and want to experiment with them. On to now I used 80C31's, 80C32's and 80C51FA's with external EPROM. I have an EPROM programmaer and want to make a simple adapter to program the C8751H to experiment with the extra I/O pins that are not available when using external program memory.
Please don't advise me to use other "modern" deravatives, I want to play with this OLDIES :) (just for fun). I also know H-mos uses more power - thank you, this is not important in this case :)
