The MOST easiest part is to use a ATMEL dataflash device.
They are cheap, easy in use and BIG. www.atmel.com and look for AT45DB642 or AT45DB1282 64Mbit/ 128 MBit both dual SPI/PARALLEL devices. Have fun |
