Let's assume you have made the generator that holds onto air inside the tyre, because inside everything is supposed to turn even the mounting of the dynamo. :(

Perhaps you will install a massive inertial fly wheel inside the tyre that does not turn with the whole wheel and mount the dynamo on it with its rotating probe touching the inside wall of the tyre, quite like the bicycle dynamo touches the tyre outside. I assume that your generator is working and you have pasted a rechargeable backup battery as well. Great :)

Now, your wireless CRC (cross rubber communication).

- 16 small strong electromagnets installed inside the tyre distributed equally over 360 degrees. by energizing the magnets selectively you can generate 16 bit data. Facing each magnet 16 hall-effect transistors outside the tyre to receive this data. ?? (Don't forget to install an index pair so that you read the data only when LSB/MSB of the magnets and hall-effect transistors are one on one. (matching)

I assume you have established this wireless CRC also. Excellent :)

Now your professor is driving the car with your APTT (auto pressure telling tyres). Its 10 deg C inside the parking and the pressure is say 30 psi.

He turns towards the main highway in the sunny day and takes a cruise.

The sun as well as mainly the road to tyre friction start raising the temperature of the tyre.

This will increase the pressure inside the tyre for sure.

Now, assume reverse of above. The pressure in the covered parking in cold will drop.

I beleive the purpose of this novel idea is to refill the air when there is drop in pressure only due to leakage that causes the mass of air to decrease inside the tyre.

But not in case when the pressure varies due to temperature changes.


By the way how will you install the whole thing inside the tyre or all four /five tyres. (tubeless tyres perhaps you will use)

And by the way what is the pressing need for this type of pressure guage at all ?????
