I need the datasheet of a graphic display from Samsung.
The model is HK333 (revision 0202A i think).
It should have a 128x256 pixels resolution but i'm not sure of this.
It's got 3 OKI M6598 ICs on his back and 4 SEC 618B ICs.
I think that the OKI ones are the controllers and the SEC are the LCD drivers. But I can't find any datasheet and so i don't know if the display is of an intelligent type or it's just a shift register one.

so, if someone has got some information on the display or the controllers, please tell me.

The display has got 14 pins + 2 for EL backlight.
