#45216 - RE: Floppy disk drive revisited (again) Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I have a CF card connected to my 8051 circuit and I have directly connected the address and data lines of the card to the address and data lines of the 8051, along with the read and write signals.I use a 74ls138 for address decoding.
Also if you really want to use a disk drive, the Commodore 64 disk drives had a serial interface, and a controller built in. |
