#45807 - 89C51RD2 |
Hi to all.
I'm starting a new project and after studding data sheets I decided to use a AT89C51RD2 ( Atmel ). The problem is that Atmel part is not available in dip package. Then I try to find a Philips part that is available in dip (SOT129-1). This is the P89C51RD2BN/01. The big problem is that although both ( Atmel & Philips) are the same part number they have different features. It seems that Atmel part has more features like SPI, more eram, etc. Please if someone is familiar with these chips could confirm if I'm OK? Also I saw a lot ERRATAS about ISP and IAP. Are these problems really solved? I will appreciate your input. Thanks. Daniel |
