How about the Atmel (Temic) T89C51RD2? That is available in DIP package.

Also I saw a lot ERRATAS about ISP and IAP. Are these problems really solved?

Not unless the errata sheet tells you they are fixed. And remember you may not always get the latest (fixed) versions...
