#46119 - RE: Digital algoritham for power factor cal. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
"how to calculate power factor from two sin waves with out using zero crossing detector"
What have you got against zero-crossing detectors?! Power factor is the ratio of Real to Apparent power; Real power is the realtime product of the instantaneous voltage with the current at the same instant; Apparent power is just the product of the RMS voltage and the RMS current. Can you work from there? |
