Unfortunately it is limited to 1MHz @ osc=12MHz.
So you have to do it by software(assembler), but that's not to difficult.
It's just shifting bits through carry, then move carry to the data output
pin, and decrement bit count. loop until bitcount is zero.
at the moment i have not much time so in a few hours i can tell you more
