#47047 - > 256 bytes of RAM (part # recommend?)
Sometimes it's tough to squeeze the subject into that little box...

Anyway, I have a project that is currently using an 8752 derivative that we would like to replace with a another CHEAP part that has slightly more RAM (256/512/1k/whatever). I don't really need any other additional features, but > 12Mhz would be nice. Does anyone have any part # recommendations that they are happy with and have been able to buy (in N. America)?

I've looked at Atmel and Philips, both seem to have lots of choices, but many of them are flash (too $$). Cygnal and Dallas are way overkill for this project...

Thanks,
GB
