Well, i depends on what you need (i.e. # of port pins, flash memory size etc).
I know you said they're overkill, but... if you just need an all digital part, check out Cygnal's C8051F303/4/5, F230, F236, or the F331. They are a reasonable price, and you can get the development kits for low $$. Hope this helps. Sorry if it does not. |
