#47249 - Strange values from PCF8591 |
hey there,
i want to use the PCF8591 AD/DA converter on my project. to test my project i've made a program which read bit by bit the value from the PCF8591. so a possible ouput is 0101 1001. when changing the voltage of AIN, i get some other value's then expected. i thougt that the output should be binairy. but i get a strange systematic value. the value's i recieve are: 0000 0000 0000 0001 0000 0010 0000 0011 0000 0100 0000 0110 0000 0111 0000 1000 0000 1100 .. .. .. 1000 0000 1100 0000 1110 0000 1111 0000 etc... is there anyone who had this problem, or does anyone know where to find a solution about this problem (any site of something is welcome). thanks in advance Hans |
