I didn't see a C669 listed in philips website, however the Nohou emulator supports up to like 128k of Flash and 64k XRAM so it shouldn't be a problem.

The 6502 used like 32k including the large lookup tables so I suspect I certainly wouldn't need more than 64k anyway with the added features.
