Apart from the fact that you are just making work for yourself using usb there really is no need as the 8051 cannot handle high data rates which seems to be the only possible reason for using usb in this project.The built in uart port in a standard 8052 is perfectly good for what you intend to do.I think you are just making life much more difficult than it needs to be. |
