Something I see missing is any setup for the bit rate clocking. I do not know about your processor, but I have used the SPI on a Cygnal part and there it was necessary to configure a divider register to generate the shift rate clocking for the SPI port. By default the clocking came up programmed off to save power if the SPI is not in use. Michael Karas |
