hey i had asked the atmel gys the same question
the sent me a reply asking me to contact their sales represetative in bangalore (the address is available on their website) But i'll tell you something those people at the office are very very rude. they literally threw me out when i told them i was a student. (I assume you stay in india)

I suggest you get a company letterhead etc.. etc..
and then contact the sales office. And don't tell them you are a student (if you are)
