Sorry Sushil. I disagree. My interaction with Ana-Digi sales was quite good when I bought a STK500 kit from them and later when I approached them for some help on a batch of ATMEL 89c51.

In all such episodes, the context is important and so is the question you ask. Going by thier buisness pattern the question you asked (mp3 decoding ) does not fit at all.

Like the other day a student walked into my office asking if I can give him the full design for a hydraulic excavator to do his final year project. Want to know how I handled him ?
