The TIL111 has a 50% CTR at 10mA , so the drive current of 1mA that you have allowed for may not be enough to drive the device.. As the TIL111 is not a particularly sensative device you may have to allow anywhere from 10-15mA , which will dissapate 3watts in your current limiting resistor , and provide plenty of onboard heating. |
