Well done, George. Nobody is free from making mistakes...
It's interesting, only ONE bad solder point is enough to make a whole application to fail, isn't it? We should always keep this point in mind. No failure is too stupid not to be done. So, intelligent testing is always neccessary. When I have designed a board, after mounting all the electronic parts I have a look with oscilloscope at every point of circuit. This is the only way to get some feedback from reality. Good luck, Kai |
