Philips' RD2 is not available... its been postponed for some reason. I think I've got a sample of it but we chose the Temic RD2 instead. Its a better part.

Maybe the Philips version was held up to match some additions the Temic version offers, or maybe it was to fix rumored problems securing code in the FLASH versions. (see incognito message)

You can get some Philips RX+ micros for the same price as the Temic RD2, but with the 2K Eprom in the temic... its easily the better deal.
