Is there any other logic than 1 or 0?
The answer is yes, there is a third state which is when the pin is floating (hi impedence state) used mostly in bus buffers like the 74LS244 and 74LS245,
memory devices and microprocessors data bus devices must have this state so that they don't conflict with each other sharing same data bus, this is why you have the output enable pin on these devices.
