also sometimes, time takes to travel electrons from pin lead to inside the wafer is slightly less than the time taken to reach positive rail, as we all know every electron has a lambada associated with it (de'broglies wavelength) it getnerates interferance pattern on the junction so if pin is sampled on a creste it reads it '0' and '1' otherwise. so there is a possibility, when you use jnb instruction a node is generated on the junction and when you use jb it may be a crest.
