Waqar's problem is NOT the choose of adequate software tool. Waqar is not experienced enough in HARDWARE. I think, that up to now, he has not understood how an input port works, why negative logic is used here, and how to program a port line as input. He still suffers from his 'off-hook' problem. But he is too proud than to confess...

Waqar, before starting a discussion about pros and cons of C-language versus assembler, please first fix your hardware problem. May be you could draw a schematic? You could publish it here. Or sent it to me directly, when other forum members are against a publishing here.
