	"even if you totally scramble the bitsequence, you will read back what you wrote." Which is a jolly useful trick for simplifying PCB layout - just connect the tracks in whatever order is easiest to lay out! Of course, it makes programming PROMs in a separate PROM programmer a little more interesting...
