Now if you put a capacitor between the Vss pin and analog in pin - still noise ? yes 5mv worth ? maybe less, maybe more.

If an adapter has to be made, the way to do it would be to put everything analog ( analog input connector, filter, decoupling etc) on a "daughter board" that fit the socket. That way only Vcc, Gnd and digital out would be 'socketed'.
