I have downloaded a lot of stuff as per your information and lots through Google search.
I have wired up the SmartCard reader to P89C51RD2HBP, using 11.0592MHz crystal.

I have implemented the ICC Activation sequence.
But the Card is not giving any signals back as per the ATR.
I am having another standard SmartCard reader. This card works well with this reader.
Hence I think there is no problem with the ICC Card.

I am giving a clock to the ICC through the Timer0 in mode 2, with reload count of
(255-96), so that it will give me a bit rate of 9600 bits per second.

I do not have a storage oscillo, but is ISO7816 so time critical ?
