There are a few issues and just thinking out loud..

1. Extrapolation for the range you mentioned 19 to 100 based on data in the range 1-19 will very heavily depend on the physical parameter that is under discussion. This in my opinion will influence the extroplation more than any mathematical model.

2. And in case within the range 1-19, the pattern shows a behaviour that repeats at least more than once, then would it just be OK to repeat the same pattern for the range 19 to 100 ?
