15kV, 40mA for X-Ray-Sources,

-3500 ... +3500V at 20 bit resolution, fast settling time of <10ms, controlled with CAN (Devicenet)
designed for high vacuum surface analysers (working like big tubes).

Power supplys for electron guns, ion guns, plasma guns ...
