#5223 - Flash micro availabilities |
Does anyone have an update on the availability of the Philips P89C51Rx2 micros? I'm trying to find other micros with In-System Programmability (ISP) through the UART. I've found the P89C51Rx2 family from Philips, the ADuC812 and ADuC824 from Analog Devices, and the T89C51RD2 from Tecmic (now Atmel). All of the Atmel AT89xxx chips that I've looked at either use the SPI port for ISP or program only in a byte-wise mechanism, neither of which are usable. (Steve Taylor, I've just recently discovered my inability to use the AT89LS53, much to my dismay.) Can anyone point to other sources of UART-based ISP 8K+ (16K+ preferred) Flash-memory micros? Thanks. Chris |
