FYI. The P89C51RB2/RC2/RD2 uses a +5V Vpp supply to perform the Program/Erase algorithms. This should be the biggest improvement over its discontinued predecessor P89C51RC+/RD+, which uses +12V. And I believe it is ready for shipment now, check with the Philips dealers.

The Window tool works for the circuit in AN461. If anyone knows where to buy the circuit board in AN461, please tell us all.
