#5239 - RE: Flash micro availabilities |
FYI. The P89C51RB2/RC2/RD2 uses a +5V Vpp supply to perform the Program/Erase algorithms. This should be the biggest improvement over its discontinued predecessor P89C51RC+/RD+, which uses +12V. And I believe it is ready for shipment now, check with the Philips dealers.
Goto http://www.philips.semiconductors.com, search for AN461, and you'll find more about it. Follow the lead on "Microcontrollers Support and Training 80C51 Flash FAQ", and you will reach to the download page of http://www.semiconductors.com/mcu/suppo...insysprog/. The Window tool works for the circuit in AN461. If anyone knows where to buy the circuit board in AN461, please tell us all. Regards, Oliver |
