my project is a 8032 (flight32 training board) driving a max1118 serial adc. i have the hardware working now (with help from here...thanks)

setup = 8032 -> max1118 -> RS232 -> PC

my objective: to build a virtual oscilloscope.

question? what would be a simple interface software to display the varying analouge measurement in real time like a sine wave etc.

some possibles i have thought of are DOS, microsoft
visual C++ or borland C++

would like some suggestions which way to go to save time finding out the painfull way (as i have often done)
