Well, a scope is obviously a graphical thing - so Windows is going to be your best bet for that!
I use Borland, and You can get loads of components, tips, etc for serial comms, graphics and just about anything else you can think of (and some you can't!) at http://info.borland.com/devsuppor...index.html There is also a developer forum there - which would be the correct place to ask any further Borland-specific questions. I'm sure the same must apply to MSVC and VB... |
