The use of a "compare SP..." approach is a good technique which has helped me in the past. Kind of a poor man's stack profiler.
More simply, i will often init the stack area to a consistent value such as "0CCH" and irregularly check the "depth" of stack usage by watching this pattern being over-written in the course of operation. regards, p |
