If you need the speed then it is worth trying.
Based on some quirks with the RD2 chip, I would say you can do this. But you must stay within the eeprom pages, and commit to eeprom when the page changes, not just when you exit. In newer chip (AT89C51ED2), eeprom page-write is gone ! It's byte-write only. |
